Now HNPS group will talk about important thing now. You know so many people want to be rare or famous penguin’s buddy now here you can be. It works usually. Is it program? no is it cheat? no
Step1.First choose which penguin you want to be buddy
Step2.Sit near of her-him
Step3.Say hi.
Step4.Say cool outfit or im your fan or send him-her some post cards like that and send smile emoution
Step5.And if you dont get negative ansers its good then say wanna be friends? if he-she say no send 
and say i never have a friend why everyone care about rare it will work
